This JHU (Environment Minister) bought this rules coz, to stop the Morning Prayers in Muslims Mosques (Its Called Adan, only less than 5 minutes) But in mosques people go and pray. But what these monks do in the temples. They Just put the recorded version n sleep. But this is called "Anunta kepu wale, taman vetenawa"
But they’re going to change the rule again in their favor.
