Veteran radio announcer Kusum Peiris passes away

Veteran radio announcer, lyricist & dubbing artist Kusum Peiris passed away at the age of 71 today (Jul 22).

According to reports, Ms Peiris had been receiving treatment over an illness for the last few months.

The family of the veteran announcer said that details regarding the funeral will be announced in due course.
