SLC to conduct investigation into accident involving Karunaratne

Responding to the accident involving cricketer Dimuth Karunaratne, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), in a statement today (March 31) said an inquiry is to be conducted into the incident. 

In the statement, the local cricketing body noted that it “will follow the due process” as per the ‘Player Contractual Obligation’ of Mr. Karunaratne with the organisation.

“Dimuth is undergoing due legal procedures with regard to the incident,” the release noted.
