Navod Paranavithana of Mahinda College expanded his lead while dominating the All-Island Schools while changes occurred in the following three places at the end of the 17th week of the Dialog 4G-the Sunday Times Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer of the Year 2019 contest.

After the online process kicked off last weekend significant changes have begun to occur as Navod reaches the milestone of 11506 votes.

Pasindu Ushetti of Maris Stella College made a notable progress -- pushing forward to the second position while claiming the highest tally for the week with a combined intake of 2793 votes.

Nalandian Kajshitha Rasanjana moved to the third position while pushing down former leader Sukhitha Manoj, of St. Sebastian's College, to the fourth position.

The Emerging Schools category is led by its new crown prince Lithija Kalhara of Ananda Maithree NS, Balangoda,.

He made a giant leap by adding the best combined figures last week, and continues with the trend.

Sathya Sadeepani of Devapathiraja College Rathgama continues to lead the Girls' Schools category, which was introduced to the ever popular competition in the country last season.

Sathya and her team mate Kaveesha Dilhari, who debuted two weeks ago at No.2, have surpassed 1000 votes.

From this year coupons will also come will out in the TamilMirror.

In addition Dialog Axiata's online voting system through their official Online Portal to vote for the Most Popular Cricketer (www.dialog.lk/cricket), is now alive.
