A SLT media release on Monday said under case no. 3/2017/DSP at the Colombo District Court, an enjoining order was issued to all trade unions which are engaged in strike action, preventing them from causing damage to all SLT properties and employees.
“The order further prevents the trade unions who are engaged in trade union action from threatening and derision of any employee of SLT obstructing them while reporting to work, attempting to forcefully lead them out of the organization during working hours, and any other obstruction to the operations of SLT.
