COSMOS AGM in UK
View(s):The 8th Annual General Meeting of the Council of Sri Lankan Muslim Organisations (COSMOS) in the United Kingdom was held on September 19 at the Sri Lankan Muslim Cultural Centre (SLMCC) in Harrow.
The members of 15 affiliated organisations to COSMOS, their nominated representatives, past presidents Mubarak Jainulabdeen and Rizwan Wahab, along with many community leaders and members of UK-based organisations, attended the AGM via Zoom.
COSMOS office bearers for the next two years were appointed at the AGM: Shakeer Nawas as President, Sifan Nayeem as General Secretary, Adil Sardardeen as Vice President, Akram Abdul Azeez as Treasurer, Haseen Mohamed Naheem as Assistant Secretary and Ubaid Zainul Abdeen
as Assistant Treasurer.
