Najaha Nauf’s debut novel, ‘Slow Dancing with the Stars’ was released recently at Grand Royalton (Atthidiya) with Psychologist Nazliya Mohideen being the chief guest. Gracing the occasion as guests of honour were Senior Journalist and Editor N.M. Ameen, Ilma International Girls’ School Principal Amina Zuhair and Publisher Jeremy Muller of the Jam Fruit Tree Publications.

‘Slow Dancing with the stars’ is about the healing journey of a young girl and the importance of mental health care. Najaha is currently majoring in psychology at the AIC campus. She has been an avid reader and writer from a young age. The book was reviewed by Sajla Anees, the author of ‘Refuge’.
