The role of DWC in protecting our wildlife
View(s):This month’s Wildlife & Nature Protection Society’s public lecture on ‘The Guardian of Sri Lanka’s wildlife: The Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC)’ will be delivered by Ranjith Marasinghe, Director Operations at the DWC at 6 p.m. on September 17 at the Jasmine Hall, BMICH.
Ranjan Marasinghe, Director Operations at the DWC responsible for Planning & Information Communication Technology believes that everyone should know of the wide spectrum of work that the DWC has to undertake, so that the public learn of the pressures and challenges that the department faces daily to protect the wildlife of Sri Lanka.
The lecture is open to all, entrance free.
