The app’s main features include confirming whether the person has remained in the identified location by routine checks, checking and recording the condition of the person so this can be used as patient history if or when needed, facilitating the person to contact support from health services if or when needed and providing a certificate following the successful completion of the self-quarantine period.
This app can be used to facilitate the self-quarantine process and provide a certificate following the completion of the quarantine period.

This platform will be further developed with the support of Dr. Akila Subasinghe and the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering academic staff, the university said in its website.
