Trees are our friends

Trees are our friends. Trees give us food,
fresh air, medicine, shade and timber and more. Trees are very useful to every human being.

Trees give us food to eat such as fruits and
vegetables. The flowers given by trees are
useful for decorations. Timber is used to make
furniture that we use at home. Trees give us oxygen to breathe and medicine to cure
sicknesses. Trees beautify the environment and give us shade too.

Some people cut down trees. Not one or two but a lot. It’s not a good thing. We have to plant trees and plants. We have to save trees if they are our friends. So let us all save the trees!

Three Renaissance Places

We all have our dream destinations and my three dream places to visit are Paris, Rome and New Orleans.

Paris is the home of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and the home of
many of the good pastries, we love today.
I would like to visit Paris to see the
Mona Lisa. It is one of the most visited, well known and most expensive paintings in the world. Today it stands behind a
bullet-proof glass case in the Louvre
Museum.

Rome is the home of Julius Caesar, the Colosseum and Augustus Caesar. To visit Rome means a lot to me because I would like to see the structures and bridges built by the Romans. The Colosseum was built during the golden era of Augustus Caesar. It was where many fighting scenes took place.

New Orleans is where Jazz music evolved. It holds so much pop-culture, so much that it’s actually normal to see a street artist spraying a neighbour’s house with fresh paint.

I’d like to visit New Orleans because it is the home of… the Pickle Flavoured Popsicle! From what my friends have told me, it is delicious! You can also order Fried Wild Eel Spine at any local restaurant. Fried Kool Aid Balls are a New Orleans Country Fair delight.
You can even buy caramel apples dipped in mealworms! It may sound gross but it may not be as disgusting…

But what do all three of these places have in common? They all have their own specialties, cuisine and fashion but all have Art in their culture. They have a long list of historical events with
valuable meanings. Somehow or other these cities are connected in the form of Art and to truly understand how they are connected, we should have first-hand experience.
