The Lanka-Japan Friendship Society will hold the Dr. P.R. Anthonis Memorial Oration 2019 on March 26 at 5 p.m. at the Sasakawa Memorial Cultural Centre on 22nd Lane in Kollupitiya, with Colombo University’s Business Economics Professor H.D. Karunaratne delivering the keynote address.
