‘Gramophone Gee Rasa Vindana’

The maiden concert of the series ‘Gramophone Gee Rasa Vindana’ under the theme of ‘Towards Building a Blessed Nation of Compassionate Complete and Culturally Rich Human beings’ was held on 26th March at the Independence Square.

Organised by the Cultural Dept. together with the participation of talented youth voices, with a view of enabling the public to experience the gramophone songs sung in the past through the voices of the talented youths.

This musical session with Sinhala, Tamil, English and Hindi songs will be held on the last Sundays of every month at 6.00 pm. at the same venue.

The music of the event is directed by Visharadha Sasith Shalinda, will be compared by the journalist, Gamini Merinnage.
