A twenty-member Sri Lankan Army’s Cultural Troupe staged a dancing event at the state-of-the-art Katara Theatre in Qatar on Friday. A large number of state officials, diplomats, state officials and invitees were present at the event, the first-ever cultural show organised by the Sri Lankan embassy in Qatar. Ambassador W.M. Karunadasa said the cultural show was made possible largely due to the MoU signed between the two countries in December 2012.
