Thambirajah Sridaran appointed JP

Thambirajah Sridaran has been appointed as a Justice of the Peace for the Whole Island. He took his oaths before Additional District Judge Chirshanthi Amaratunga at the Mount Lavinia District Court on March 4.
Mr. Sridaran, a past pupil of St.Thomas’s College. Guruthalawa, is a retired teacher and a sworn translator. He also served as a translator in the Special Translators’ Pool of the Court of Appeal. At present he is a Copy Editor of the Daily Mirror newspaper. He resides at No.136/1D, Pragnaloka Cross Road, Dehiwala.
