Somadasa Abeywickrema screenplay written and directed one episode telefilm ‘Prathicharaya’ was telecast on the Heritage (H.T.V) channel recently. A story based on an award winning radio drama written by P. Welikala, it cast includes Premakumara Hapugoda, Rasika Chandani, Sudarma Gunasekara in the lead roles and Mahinda Dodangoda, H. B. P. Sunil and Somadasa Abeywickrema himself in the supporting roles.
Camera handled by Kumara Gamage, the lighting is done by Chamila Alahapperuma and Chryshantha Kaushalya and edited by Hiran Athuraliyage. Assisted by Nalin Kariyawasam, story, dialogue and direction of the teledrama is by Somadasa Abeywickrema.
