ICES discussion on “Civil Society Perspectives on Presidential Priorities”

The International Centre for Ethnic Studies (ICES) has organised a lecture/discussion on “Priorities for President: Civil Society Perspectives” on Wednesday, December 17, at 4 p.m. at the ICES Auditorium, 2, Kynsey Terrace, Colombo 8.

The discussion will be led by Radhika Coomaraswamy, Global Professor of Law, New York University, former UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Children and Armed Conflict and former Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women; Udan Fernando, Senior Professional, Centre for Poverty Analysis and Feizal Samath, a veteran journalist, former foreign correspondent and currently a consultant editor at a local newspaper.
