‘Tantalise’ talent competition

‘Tantalise’ is a talent competition organised by the Student Activity Club of the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) to unearth the talents of university students in Sri Lanka. First launched in 2008, ‘Tantalise’ is today a popular and a much awaited university level talent show.

‘Tantalise 2014′ not only provides a platform for artistically talented tertiary education students, but it also emphasises the need to give back to the community. ‘Tantalise 2014′ hopes to lend a helping hand to the children of Cancer Hospital, Maharagama.

Applications are now open to students from both state universities and private tertiary education institutes in Sri Lanka under the Solo singing, Group singing, Instrumental, Band, Solo Dancing and Group Dancing categories. Applications close on October 16 and auditions for Solo Singing and Group Singing categories will take place on the 18th from 8 a.m. onwards at the APIIT City Campus. Auditions for the Band, Instrumental, Solo Dancing and Group Dancing categories will be held on the 19th at the Disaster Management Centre from 9am onwards. The grand finale will be held on November 22 at the Musaeus College Auditorium.
