‘Acid Wessa’ falls on Borella

“Acid Wessa” written and directed by Dhananjaya Karunarathne, a unique conception based on the thesis of cruelty against cruelty, destruction against destruction, love against love will stage two special shows on Saturday June 21 at 3.30 pm and 6.45 pm at the Borella Namel Malini Punchi Theatre.

Rated as suitable for adult audience by the Sri Lanka Censor Board, the play features talented artistes Kaushalya Fernando, Jagath Manuwarana and Priyantha Sirikumara.

Music, lighting and make up of ‘Acid Wessa’ is handled by Kapila Poogalarachchi, Chandana Aluthge and Wasantha Poornawansha respectively while stage management is by Kosala Thotawatte, Pramodh Edirisinghe and Sachinthana Dolapihillage and Jude Srimal is the main organiser. All seats are box planned and tickets available only at the theatre.
