Our School Day
View(s):My school is St. Bridget’s Convent. We celebrated our School Day on January 31, 2014. Our school premises were decorated with colourful
flowers. The school children came in new school uniforms on that day. Everybody gathered in the ground and the squads started to march.
It was the day of the Investiture of Prefects. The National flag, the School flag and the House flags were hoisted. The Head Prefect, Games Prefect, Deputy Prefects and the other prefects received their badges.
Finally we sang the School Anthem. That ended the School Day celebration. All the children were given chocolates and after that we played in the grounds. It was a joyful day.
