Rajiv excels in Bahrain
View(s):The dynamic Sri Lankan dance band ‘Rajiv and the Clan’ led by versatile Rajiv Sebastian, who regenerated the golden era of 70s in style, had a successful tour of Bahrain recently.
Organised by the Sri Lanka Club of Bahrain, the band engaged in a dinner dance and two packed concerts featuring the international award winning Deepika Priyadharshani Peiris, Ishak Beig, Sureni de Mel and teenage heart-throb Saranga Dissasekera.
The band slao goes down in history as the very first band to be hosted for dinner aty the residence of the Sri Lankan Ambassodor in Bahrain R.K. M. a. Rajakaruna.
This was the third successful tour of Rajiv and the Clan to Bahrain in their 23 year long showbiz career.
