Sri Lanka unit aims to sell doctors’ appointments via SMS skills overseas
View(s):A Sri Lankan company which pioneered the development of doctors’ appointment though mobile phone SMS is now planning to deploy its skills aboard.
ECL Soft (Pvt) Ltd (ECLS), subsidiary of eChannelling PLC has entered into a Business Cooperation Agreement with SMS Marketing System Asia (P) Ltd (SMS), to develop and run hospital / doctor appointment services for countries in which SMS or any of its group companies have a presence, a stock exchange announcement by eChannelling said.
The countries initially identified for such projects by the company are Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, China, Vietnam and Thailand.
