PIM gets a new Director
View(s):Mangala Fonseka, Professor in Accounting, Department of Accounting, University of Sri Jayewardenepura was recently appointed Director, Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), the institute said.

He succeeds Prof. Uditha Liyanage who is currently on sabbatical leave.
Prof. Fonseka holds obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc) and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colombo .
He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Business Administration) Degree from PIM for his work on Management Accounting System Sophistication in PLCs in Sri Lanka. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).
Professor Fonseka is a senior academic whose association with the PIM and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in various capacities spans over 25 years.
