Business success: sustained through effective branding and good governance

The global economy is a platform for increasing competition among businesses across industries and economies, where the Sri Lankan market economy is no exception to this norm. While the west is struggling to curb the Eurozone crisis, the Middle East strives to maintain stability in the crude market amidst its political turmoil. In such dilemmas certain businesses will stand strong and weather the storm while others will disappear to oblivion. The power of the brand is one factor which will ultimately decide if it could avoid the latter fate. In such a predicament power derived through brands and other key drivers of success must also know its use and misuse.
