Lasitha appointed to ARFU

The Asian Rugby Football Union (ARFU) has appointed the Vice President of the Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union, Lasitha Gunaratne, to its Executive Committee.

The appointment of Lasitha has been a unanimous decision by the Executive Committee of ARFU. With the Sudden demise of AEFU Vice President Carlson Lin of Chinese Taipei current Executive Committee Member Trevor Gregory from Hong Kong was appointed to fill the vacancy that arose.

Lasitha fills the Vacancy that arose in the executive thereafter and will hold office up to the next Annual General Meeting. Lasitha is a former Royal, CR and National player. VP
