This small text book of "Clinical Medicine” provides a practical account of Clinical Medicine with differential diagnosis. Where possible explanations are given for interpretations. It explains how to obtain a proper history, eliciting physical signs in a proper manner in order to arrive at a clinician diagnosis.
As far as possible major medical conditions are summarised and proper technique of eliciting physical signs are demonstrated in a simple manner with colour photos of many medical conditions. This is a useful book for medical students, post, graduates, doctors preparing for ERPM and also for practising clinicians. |
