Blast thru 2011 with the ‘GYPSIES’ & ‘BLACK’

‘Blast Thru 2011’, New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance featuring the fabulous ‘Gypsies’ and ‘Black’ magic will come alive on Saturday, 31 December at Ramada Colombo.

Over three decades in the business and the well loved front man of the Gypsies, Sunil Perera, knows what gets your toes tapping from his repertoire of infectious rhythms and the signature ‘Gypsies New Year countdown’. So long to 2011 and embrace the New Year with laughter as revellers are tickled by the humour of Sunil and their popular Lankan hits.

‘Black” is ‘Magically Yours...’ this New Year’s eve and will cast a spell of musical magic on the night as Ranil Amirthiah and the band play your favourites from the 70s, 80s, rock n roll, oldies, country and western. Wish for a tune and your heart’s desire will be granted by Black, Colombo’s popular and well loved ‘request band’. The night of razzle dazzle entertainment compeered by Radley Stephens.
‘Blast Thru 2011’ kicks off at 9.00pm on the 31st of December as the Liberty Ballroom lights up in its multi hued splendour. Tickets are priced at Rs. 9,250 nett with a sumptuous international buffet (tickets for dance only Rs. 6,500 nett).

A table of 10 can enjoy the festivities with complimentary bottles of sparkle and fizz or a smooth blend. Gifts, air tickets to exotic destinations and exciting surprises await lucky New Year’s Eve winners.
