ACHL is committed to the success and achievement of their students. On enrolment, each student will be assessed on a one-on-one basis and provided with an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). This contact will enable ACHL to assist students on a personal basis on their individual strengths and weaknesses to ensure that students get the maximum attention from their respective lecturers/tutors. ACHL will ensure – at all times – that they offer high quality education that will be delivered by qualified and highly trained and certified lecturers. ACHL will ensure that their students attain a very high level of success. With their future expansion plans, most students in every town and city in Sri Lanka will have the opportunity to be part of ACHL. Part of the ACHL culture will be to provide an exciting atmosphere with sporting, cultural, and social activities. ACHL will also conduct personality development programs to ensure that the institute produces a batch of exemplary students – ‘Our College is our Students!’

Lecturers, Tutors and Trainers:
All lecturers will be accredited by the Registered Training Organizations to meet the requirements under the (AQTF) Australian Quality Training Framework . They will also have to meet very high standards as required by the Registered Training Organization to train and lecture and they will be required to sit a Training and Assessment examination prior to being approved for training. When successful, they will be certified by the RTO. In addition, ACHL policy for engaging lecturers will be based on qualifications, experience and their ability to deliver effectively to their students. This would assure all students that they will be lectured by a very high quality panel of lecturers.
