Nation Lanka Equities, which is fully owned subsidiary of Nation Lanka Finance PLC, have stepped up to Power 'Eastern Eagles' a franchise of the Carlton Super Sevens.
Eastern Eagles has been further strengthened by the inclusion of Scott Pierce as the Head Coach of the team. Scott is a former All Black and a world renowned sevens player and coach. The team also includes 2 national players from Fiji and a national sevens player from USA.
As a company we intend on supporting ventures such as the Carlton Sevens as we foresee tournaments such as these being the forerunner for may more international ventures in the near future, said an official of Nation Lanka Finance PLC. |
