EAP Hotels wins medals

EAP Hotels won medals at the recently concluded Culinary Art 2011 Exhibition at the BMICH.
Culinary Art 2011, which is organized by the Chef’s guild of Sri Lanka, is the biggest annual food and hotel show, which showcase the unique talents and creativity skills of Sri Lankan Chefs.

Hotel Sapphire won two bronze medals for Ice craving and vegetable carving and Lavinia Breeze Sea Food Restaurants was taking part for the very first time, won a bronze medal. Concord Grand too participated in the competition for the first time.
