Elizabeth Moir 15 goals in three outings

The talent of International school football players were seen at the Pedris Park in Colombo where the group stage matches of the ongoing Dialog U-19 Football tournament is taking place.

Defending champions British Schools has already lost 2 matches making their title defence a harder than expected. In the group matches Elizabeth Moir trounced British School by a staggering margin of 6 goals to nothing. Elizabeth Moir will pose threats to much fancied teams like Royal Institute International and Colombo International School for this years Dialog challenge.

Elizabeth Moir has been scoring heavily as they posses a good forward line to have a goal tally of 15 in 3 matches. The tournament is conducted by Royal Institute International in association with the Football Federation of Sri Lanka.

This year sponsors Dialog have created a webpage www.dialog.lk/football for all international schools to vote for their favorite team and see all results and fixtures. The group stage will be continued till 30th Friday and the Semi finals will be played on 3rd October. The third place playoff and the final will be played at CR and FC ground, in Longdon Place on October 6.
