The Interact Club of Asian International School

Since the inception of the Interact Club at Asian International School (AIS) in the year 1999, ICAIS has been arguably one of the best clubs among international schools. It ventures to explore the avenues of club service, international understanding, vocational service and finance and enables members to enhance their leadership skills while equipping them with civic consciousness.

At the Rotary assembly the Interact Club of Asian International School was awarded the best club for the year 2010 / 2011. The committee consisted of Mrs. Pubudu De Soyza (DICC), Madumita Ravi (Secretary), Kavinda Seneviratne (President), Imtiyaz Ismail (District Governor), Pradeep Amirthanayagam (President Rotary Club Colombo West), Mrs. Priyanthi Seneviratne (Principal Asian International School) and Sharon Rajendra (Teacher in Charge).

Spearheaded by a high achieving group of dedicated board members, the ICAIS progresses in its journey of rendering its services to the community at large.
