Foulmouthed teacher

A reporter walked into a key sports center only to be abused by a top man there.

This foulmouthed official had started scolding the reporter using abusive language. This so called official is a teacher at a leading institute and those who heard the blackguarding were wondering in what manner he must be addressing those whom he teaches. The words were vulgar to say the least and those who were listening simply cringed to hear them. Not done ‘ole chap!

From 17 to 20
A key sport which is very much in the news these days recently held an examination for their members to be promoted to the top level. However three key officials who sat for the exam failed miserably at the exam. To make sure that the failed three remain among the top group the body in charge has suggested that they should increase the panel to 20 from 17 so that the failed persons too could be in the body.

The easy way out
A top level team is due to tour the island in the near future. However for obvious reasons the hotel industry does not want to get involved in this tour as some of their bills have not been settled. Now a top man in the game has undertaken to handle the hotel arrangements for this tour. This particular guy recently held a grand birthday party for his son at a leading hotel in Galle. The talk doing the rounds is that the bill for this birthday bash was forwarded to the men-in-charge of the sport. What an easy way to settle bills!

Petitions all the way
The things happening in good old Sri Lanka can make some people blush. A certain top individual has applied to be the top man when the post falls vacant in a top sport in the near future. However those in the know have petitioned the biggest man in sports asking him not to give this post to the individual, knowing his background very well.

Setting an example
The scene shifts to England where a leading official had been carried out after a drinking binge. Top officials are accompanying those who are now in this Cool City. It is believed that this official had been on the binge to overcome the cold weather experienced there. Some say that this particular official should set an example to the younger lot.

Tested positive
Three players were tested positive after a big popular tournament where some matches were played in Sri Lanka. One chap has said that he got the drug from a weight lifter while the other two maintain that the drug to enhance their performance was given to them by their skipper!

Mama’s boy
Mama’s boy injured his hand while playing with the oval ball. Baba was taken to the sporting Doc at the Ministry that is sport to get treated. The way the big boy acted all thought it was his son. They could not help but laugh as the name given as PAPA by the little boy on the ticket was different.
