Edward Fleischer

The guest speaker is Edward Fleischer, a US national with extensive experience spanning more than 35 years, will discuss these issues under the topic “ The Winning Edge in Turbulent Times.” Mr Fleischer has trained more than 2500 people across the globe in various aspects of modern process improvement techniques such as TCT, Six Sigma and Lean. He has a degree in Business Administration, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Champion, and has received extensive Cross Cultural Training at the Insead in Paris. He is currently.

Rising costs, low margins, high employee turnover coupled with economic turmoil and stiff external competition are proving to be a burden too heavy to bear for some organization. He will be talking about process, technology and people alignment, process optimization, KPI’s, etc. The club is hosted by the Taj Samudra and co-sponsored by Hameedia.
