Christmas song from Thilak de Mel
‘Christmas Time’, a C.D. comprising original Christmas songs by Thilak de Mel and other artistes from Moratuwa, is now out to grab during the festive season.
Thilak de Mel, who led the very popular vocal harmony group ‘Humming-birds’ in 1970s is instrumental in producing it.
In addition to songs and carols composed by Thilak, some songs composed and sung by Nihal Fernando of the popular musical group ‘NiRo’ and Sarath Gunawardena.
The songs were recorded at the ‘Simple’ Recording studio in Moratuwa. Assisted and enriched by Lakruwani Rozairo and Chathuranga Fernando. |
