SLT’s 'mega reduced charges' - mega confusion!

Most people don’t understand the recent SLT advertisement ‘Live the Megalife with Mega reduced call charges’ in the newspapers. A group of senior citizens and subscribers recently met to discuss the ways to decypher the advert and how we could utilize this service.

When I telephoned 2555555 at 10.30 am on November 17, one officer told me that existing customers can change to the new mega rates. But when I phoned back five minutes later, to query about ADSL / PEO-TV Rental, I was put into more confusion by another lady who told me that it is only for ‘New Mega Line Customers’ and not for old customers.

So can existing customers change to the new system? Has the SLT done away with ADSL and PEO-TV Rental? What does the Asteric * in front of some services mean?
For office package what are active / leisure hours?

Advertisements should be clear and concise without causing confusion in the minds of the people, and making them waste time on telephone calls and taking the trouble to call 255555. SLT! Please clear this issue for us to decide which to chose.
