The approach to a successful business in the field of ICT will be the theme of this month’s discussion at the Sunday Times Business Club (STBC) on Tuesday, November 30 at the Hotel Taj Samudra at 6.30pm.
Guest Speaker Harsha Purasinghe who founded Microimage in 1993 is a young Entrepreneur in the field of ICT who pursued his schoolboy dream of engaging in a IT related business. He will speak on ‘Entrepreneurship in the international arena - A Sri Lankan success story’ and discuss a range of issues dealing with this sector.
His company has grown by leaps and bounds and, in recognition of his efforts, Mr Purasinghe was recognized as the “Most outstanding entrepreneur in IT/BPO industry in Sri Lanka” in 2007. The club is hosted by the Taj Samudra and is co-sponsored by Hameedia. The club website – www.stbc.lk |
