Books

By Bilaal Marikar (11 years), Matale Int. School

Books are the precious things in life,
It’s better than buying guns or knives.
It gives us information about every nook,
So now you know the
importance of a book.

We learn rhymes,
We can read it many times,
We learn stories,
Which will never be boring.

We learn about vehicles
including lorries and cars,
We learn about many planets including Earth and Mars.
So now you know the
importance of a book,
Which can even teach you how to cook!
