Funday Times - A Poem for the week

My pen

By Amaan Ashfaq (7 years), Royal Institute

I have a blue pen,
That writes very well.

I kept it in my case,
For it to be safe.

Suddenly it got lost,
Then I really became cross.

The pen that I liked,
Was lost at sight.

Who would have taken?
Or where would it be?

I tried to figure it out,
Oh! Gosh, it was near me.
