Looking for an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience? The Cinnamon Grand’s Vietnamese Food Promotion gives patrons a chance to indulge in over 40 Vietnamese dishes, prepared by three leading Vietnamese chefs flown down especially for this promotion.

This promotion from the 7th to the 17th of October at The Courtyard will feature the culinary creations of Chefs Nguyen Van Toan, Luong Thy Thuy Linh and Ho Tan Phat in a magnificent dinner buffet. The buffet is priced at Rs. 1490/-+++.

Paired with an acute sense of aesthetics and presentation, the Vietnamese Promotion boasts an unforgettable palette of flavours, spices, and colours, that is sure to offer something that everyone can appreciate.

A focus on authenticity is paramount, as traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for freshness of the ingredients and for the healthy eating style. Start off your foray into Vietnamese food with a selection of salads, ranging from Lotus stem salad with shrimps and chicken and Spicy green mango salad to Banana blossom salad with shredded chicken and Papaya salad topped with peanuts and shredded chicken served with prawn crackers.

Our selection of appetizers include Traditional Vietnamese crepe filled with tofu and bean sprouts, Grilled pork and lemongrass meat balls, Fresh summer rolls with prawn and fresh herbs and Crispy Southern pillow dumplings made with crabs, shrimps, chicken and herbs with tangy sauce.

Choose from traditional Vietnamese soups such as Vietnamese hot and sour soup, Wonton noodle soup with prawn and meat dumplings, bok choy, greens, spring onions and chicken broth.The rice selection includes Traditional Vietnamese fried rice and Mint chicken rice.

An expansive selection of meats and fish comprises Prawns with mushrooms, Stewed Saigon beef brisket simmered in lemongrass and anise seed, Braised citronella prawn curry with lemongrass and sun dried chilli and Leg of lamb with cumin chilli and five spice.
