‘2 Fernandos’ at OTSC Club Nite

Everlasting and memorable songs of yesteryear with ‘2 Fernandos’ will be the theme for this years Annual Club Nite of the Old Thomians’ Swimming Club (OTSC) which will be held on Saturday 16 October at the Club House premises in Mt. Lavinia, from 8.00 pm onwards.

Priyantha Fernando will be singing evergreen songs of his father C.T., while Susil Fernando will sing his famous father, Baila Chkrawarthy M.S. Fernando’s hits. Musical backing will be by the three piece ‘Wild Flower’ led by Batison. A Hawaian guitarist and a female vocalist will be there in addition to the above acts, be to sing duet songs with the singers. The compere of the night will be Brian Thomas.

Tickets are reasonably priced at Rs. 500/- and there will be a draw on entrance tickets. There will be a dinner stall with Sri Lankan favourites at a nominal rate. Limited tickets are on sale for members, their families and guests from the OTSC Club House.

‘No reservations and no tickets will be available at the gate’ said Tusitha Alwis, the media coordinator of the event.
