Making Art talk

Bring art to life. Have it walk, talk and breathe. While that might sound like something out of a sci-fi novel, that’s exactly what ArtWalk brought to Colombo without the assistance of Dr. Frankenstein and Igor.

Models at show were described by the organisers as canvases, becoming an extension of the design.
Set up at the Warehouse Project, a spacious warehouse located in Maradana, the second annual Artwalk was held on August 20.

Themed ‘jigsaw puzzle’ it was mind adventure for those who watched a fusion of art displayed. Artists from across the island from well known names to young amateurs, displayed a collage of art and design that spanned from photography, sculpture, dance and graphic design.
