Best practices in Project Management
The one-day workshop with Dr. Madhu Fernando

Institute of Professional & Skills Development brings you the long awaited workshop
For those who are searching for project management excellence and improving profitability in the organisation, Institute of Professional & Skills Development a PMI Colombo Chapter Authorized Training Centre is committed to bring you the latest in Project Management and take you to a higher level with world-class Project Management Practices.

Projects can be successful due to many reasons. However, the success of a project manager or success of an organisation cannot be measured by a one-time success. It has to happen continuously. One time success can be achieved by any project manager in projects where we get lucky with a comfortable budget, a time frame, or clearly defined requirements. However, it will not guarantee you the success in the next project. Best Project Managers are the ones who manage projects within the strict constraints, and limited resources. They manage both technical and human aspects of the project with well balanced skills, and deliver the projects according to the agreed requirements.

This One Day Workshop will be conducted by Project Management Institute - PMI USA certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Dr. Madhu Fernando, globally renowned project management expert and trainer. You will get the opportunity to learn the world's best practices in project management with her extensive project experience in different countries. Dr. Madhu Fernando is also the Founder President and past CEO and a Director of Project Management Institute (USA) Sri Lanka chapter.
This workshop will be of value to anyone who can impact or is impacted by a project. It's designed for people who work on projects or support a project team.

This will also be an introductory course for anyone with interest in learning advanced Project Management courses in the future. For further details of the workshop please call Lakshitha Reginald on 077 3727025.

The One Day Overview programme discusses how you can achieve continuous success in your projects, with proper planning and monitoring/controlling.
