The English Writers’ Co-operative (EWC) invites participants to a one-day seminar on poetry and short story writing on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the auditorium of the Sri Lanka Federation of University Women (SLFUW) at 96/25, Kitulwatte Road, Colombo 8 from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
The sessions will be conducted by academics with talks, discussions and participatory exercises.
A seminar fee of Rs.1, 000 should be sent with details of name, mailing and email addresses and telephone number, with the fee (cheque made out to the English Writers' Co-operative of Sri Lanka or cash only) under registered cover to Ms. Vijita Fernando, 16, Welikadawatte, Rajagiriya. Participation is limited to 35 and the closing date for applications is August 15, 2010. |
