ABC Extra Stout Bags Gold at Asia Beer Awards 2010

ABC Extra Stout (ABC), a choice brand in Cambodia and Singapore; as well as brewed and marketed by Asia Pacific Brewery (Lanka) Ltd (APB Lanka) in Sri Lanka, recently clinched Gold in the stout category of International Style Beers at the inaugural Asia Beer Awards 2010 held in Singapore.

“This achievement has not only recognised the brew’s uncompromising quality taste but also underlined the exacting brewing process adopted and quality ingredients used for the brew,” the company said.

Anton Rock Fernando, Chief Operating Officer of APB Lanka, said: “ABC’s win at the Asia Beer Awards 2010 is yet another gratifying commendation of our commitment to brewing and serving quality beers. It has reaffirmed the integrity of our brewing process and use of the finest ingredients that deliver the robust, full-bodied and silky-smooth taste which ABC is loved for.”
