A unique and pioneering mega housing complex project by Nivasipura at Ja-Ela

Nivasie Developers (Pvt) Ltd a fully owned subsidiary of International Construction Consortium Ltd which commenced its business in the year 2000 with a unique and pioneering mega housing complex project - Nivasipura at Ja-Ela that consists of 1,200 housing units, is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year with the satisfaction that a 'job is well done'. Nivasie has identified different segments of the property development market and are increasingly seeking to break into new grounds to serve this market better and with their experience and the expertise gained they now wish to offer them as services and to share them with other property developers.

In the case of Nivasie they are now reputed in the market as a company that offers their customers a 'total solution' - while ensuring the high quality in their product.
