Don’t miss these two plays at the Punchi Theatre

Two one-act comedies 'Digeka Avith' and 'Kandoskriyawa' directed by Namel Weeramuni will go on the boards at the Punchi Theatre, Borella on May 6,7 and 9 at 6.45 p.m.

"Digeka Avith' is a localized adaptation of 'The Proposal' one of Anton Chekhov's most famous plays. 'Kandoskriyawa' is written by veteran playwright Somapala Gunadheera and has in its cast Wijerathna Warakagoda, Malini Weeramuni, Daya Tennakoon, Grace Ariyawimal, Lalith Rajapaksa, Senate Dikkumbura, Anusha Dissanayake, Anil Wijesinghe and Pabath Manohara.
