The Sri Lanka – Benelux Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) recently announced that it is planning a business promotion from May 24 to 29 of this year to visit "Netherlands (Amsterdam and Hague), Belgium (Brussels) and Luxembourg", according to a statement.

Also indicating that "Sri Lanka Embassies in Netherlands and Belgium will be organising Business Forums and business match making events in association with Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Hague, Brussels, Luxembourg Chambers of Commerce", the CCC statement further noted that potential opportunities for interested participants included "tourism, gems and jewellery, garments, coir products, rubber products, tea, horticulture, information technology , fish (tuna), wooden and soft toys and stationary as well as imports such as sugar and pharmaceuticals".
