Rizvi runs away from the rest in the Allisland Contest
BATA-Sunday Times Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer of the Year Contest 2010

Raihaan Rizvi of Carey College, who took over the lead in count number 2, has run away from the rest of the gang by polling a stunning 3445 and has consolidated his position at the top of BATA- The Sunday Times Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer of the Year Contest 2010 at the end of count No 3. At the end of this count Rizvi has accumulated 4220 votes.

At the second position in the All island Contest is Geshan Wimaladharma of Ananda College who polled 501 votes to finish with 780 votes against his name.In the Outstation Contest Nalin Priyadharshana of Siri Piyarathana Vidyalaya, Padukka has displaced last week’s leader Ayesh Madushan of Holy Cross, Kalutara. Priyadharshana at the end of count three had polled 806 votes against 555 collected by Madushan.

Once again in the International Contest there is an upset with two bottom-rungers of last week rocketing themselves to the top. Shaji Rayyan Samman of Lyceum International School –Wattala, who has collected 169 votes against his name is at the top with 178 votes while his team mate Nesarajaha Revenson also of Lyceum International School–Wattala has taken over the second place with 166 votes.
