The University of Colombo's Faculty of Management and Finance is once again organizing the Annual International Research Conference for the 4th consecutive year. This conference is expected to provide a forum for Academics, Management Practitioners, Consultants, PhD Candidates, students at undergraduate and Masters level and other stakeholders mostly from Asian countries an ideal platform to discuss timely themes in the areas of management and finance.

Public speaking to-date, is considered one of the most gruelling and harrowing experiences known to mankind, that even today, 40 years after man first set foot on the moon, after all the technological advances in teaching, information dissemination and information communication technology, one's ability to go in front of an audience and utter the needful is still modern man's greatest trepidation.
