Hats off to Buddhist Channel team

By Malini Kumarasinghe, Nawala

The Buddhist Channel, launched two years ago, conveys the Buddhist spirit in an inspiring way. Viewers are fortunate to have this valuable programme brought to our doorsteps.

We Buddhists should show our gratitude to the Ven. Daranagama Kusaladhamma Thera, chief founder of the Buddhist channel. In times when money reigns supreme, it is heartening to see programmes presented with no monetary gain in mind.

The Dhamma discussions are conducted by scholars. Sarath N. Silva, the former Chief Justice, accompanied by Sudhath Jayasundara and Shan Wickreamesinghe, chairman of TNL, help promote these programmes.

Programme manager Krishantha de Silva and everyone involved in this noble programme should be congratulated.
